1. AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE TO TERMS

1.1 Welcome to this website. When we use the terms you and your, we are referring to the user or customer accessing our website and services. By accessing and using this site, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use and our Privacy Policy

1.2 The terms and conditions below apply to all services provided by EduventureNZ, to any individual or organisation. In these terms (“the Terms”), purchasing or booking any services from EduventureNZ constitutes acceptance of the Terms. The Terms shall not be varied in any way whatsoever unless agreed in advance in writing between the parties. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me on pratishtha@eduventurenz.com

1.3 Certain services may be subject to additional terms and conditions specified by us from time to time; your use of such services is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by this reference.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1 ‘Fees’ means the sum payable by you to us for the Services. ‘Services’ means coaching services, career assessment and job search preparation and courses (including but not limited to individual one-to-one sessions, group sessions, recorded webinar and courses) as requested by you.

2.2 ‘Session’ means a coaching session.

2.3 The ‘coach’ refers to ‘Pratishtha Purohit’. The ‘client’ refers to the person or organisation paying the fee for services. The ‘coachee’ refers to the individual being coached by ‘Pratishtha Purohit’.

3. FEES

3.1 Website rates are in NZ $. Coaching and course enrollment fees are exclusive of 15% GST.

3.2 Payment is required within 30 days of invoice or unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

3.3 The amount of the fee shall be agreed in advance between the parties when you select one of the services. By selecting a specific service, you are agreeing to pay the fee in full at booking or in instalments agreed in advance with Pratishtha Purohit

4. APPOINTMENT

4.1 The exact date and time of my services is agreed when you book one of the session slots in Calendly scheduling system, or both parties confirm a date and time via email, telephone or in person.

4.2 No variation to these Terms shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by both parties.

4.3 Coaching sessions will continue until terminated by the client or by mutual agreement agreed on prior to signing up for the service

4.4 Coaching sessions are conducted over the phone, internet, or in person if applicable.

4.5 The coach will be available to the client by email in between scheduled meetings as defined to the client by the coach.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

5.1 Everything shared during coaching sessions is under strictest confidence between the coach and the client. Please refer to the privacy policy

6. YOUR RESPONSIBILTY AND OBLIGATIONS

6.1 It is the client’s responsibility to be prepared, punctual and focused for coaching sessions to ensure the effectiveness of the coaching process.

6.2 Coaching is only effective if the client is ready and open to participate in career assessments, practice new skills, spend time reflecting and completing agreed upon tasks.

6.3 It is the coachee’s responsibility to communicate how effectively the coaching sessions are meeting the needs of the coaches.

6.4 You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us (including when setting up an account) and must promptly update that information as required so that the information remains true, current and complete.

6.5 If you are given a User ID, you must keep your User ID secure and:

a) not permit any other person to use your User ID, including not disclosing or providing it to any other person; and

b) immediately notifying us if you become aware of any disclosure or unauthorised use of your User ID, by sending an email to pratishtha@eduventurenz.com

c) We may suspend or disable your username and password if we consider it necessary for security reasons or if you breach these terms.

7. NO REFUNDS POLICY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 Once initiated by you, payment obligations are non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for modification, alteration or edit to the original work.

7.2 The coach will not be liable for your New Zealand visa approval and your study or job offer. Only a Licensed Immigration Advisor should file your visa. By law, any person that gives you immigration advice about New Zealand must be licensed by the Immigration Advisers Authority unless they are exempt. The coach is also not liable for your study or job offer, but only for your preparation towards it.

8. DISCLAIMERS

8.1 To the extent permitted by law, we have no liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any Loss in connection with

a) the website being unavailable (in whole or in part) or performing slowly;

b) any error in, or omission from, any information made available through the website;

c) any site linked from the website. Any link on the website to other sites does not imply any endorsement, approval or recommendation of, or responsibility for, those sites or their contents, operations, products or operators.

9. CONTENT

9.1 All content on the EduventureNZ website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws, and are the intellectual property of EduventureNZ.

9.2 Content on this website may not be, in whole or in part, sold, altered, or otherwise transmitted in any form or by any means for commercial purposes, except with the prior written permission of EduventureNZ.
